Burn Permits may be acquired at the Fayette Fire Station on Saturday and Sunday mornings between 9:00 and 11:00 am from the first weekend in April until the last weekend of October, weather conditions permitting. All other times please call one of the fire wardens for a permit. If in doubt call the station at 685-9048. Permits are good for the day of issuance and expire at midnight of that day. Special exceptions may sometimes be granted by contacting the Chief Fire Warden or one of his Deputies.

Greetings All: The Fayette Board of Selectmen will convene its next meeting at the Fayette Central School 7 p.m. Monday November 25, 2013. The meeting will entail the appointment of two new members of the budget committee the Selectmen will then continue its discussion Capital Improvement Planning and review a request for proposals regarding the Fayette Town Office space needs analysis.
